The bill (Reg. No. 2287) aims at bringing the requirements of the laws “On Geodetic and Cartographic Activities" and “On Land Management” in line with article 4 of the Law “On the Principles of State Monitoring (Control) of Economic Activity” and at legislative settlement of relations between the state and economic entities in the sphere of geodetic and cartographic activities and land management.
The bill suggests a new version of the article 61-1 of the Law “On Land Management” that corresponds to the amendments suggested to the Law “On Geodetic and Cartographic Activities" in this sphere.
Committee members believe that the bill contradicts the Law “On the Principles of State Monitoring (Control) of Economic Activity” (particularly, articles 7 and 12).
It was noted that the respective amendments are to be made to a number of paragraphs of the laws “On Geodetic and Cartographic Activities" and “On Land Management” in regard to the issues that were not the subject matter of this bill, which contradicts article 116 of the Law “On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”.
